Friend agree that one of our best assets against Russian disinformation and propaganda is the BBC World Service, and will she consider ways of extending its reach, perhaps by incorporating world television? My<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><span id=\"871\" class=\"column-number\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; display: inline-block;\" data-column-number=\"871\">\u200b<\/span>right hon.
